random stuff

here is a better pic of the last snow we had here. this is the stream at the bottom of the ravine by the theatre. i thought it was so pretty in the snow!


and, here's a shot of the teaching shop at school. it's where our storage is, and where i take draping. behind the door, you can see a hint of my hole of an office!

and, here are a few shots of the show i just did at school, Kindertransport. in case you are wondering, part of the "thing" with this particular theatre (the jameson project, it's called) is that the scenery and props must all be the same "jameson grey." so, scenic design here is about composition, and costumes and lighting provide the color/texture. it's supposed to be a minimalistic design environment to coach people to get to the heart of the design, i think.
